- Asset editor: the offset of the car lights for night time caused the lights to always show from the center of the car. Now they are at the right position.

- Asset editor: the properties panel now support dragging of a float value so it is easier to visualize position. If an horizontal blue arrow appears when hovering the name of a field, click and drag to increase/decrease the value instead of typing it directly.

Today we are very happy to bring you a bug-fixing oriented patch aimed to address some of the most common issues and points of feedback. Of course, as with any patch, not every problem has been solved - yet we're satisfied with the list of fixes that has been achieved.
Once again we would like to give you all our most heartfelt thanks for the amazing amount of feedback, bug reports and support you've been giving us. It helps us greatly not only with information but also motivation.
- Mod compatibility in 1.1.1b
Due to some improvements with how mod-specific options are displayed in-game a fair amount of popular mods will be incompatible with 1.1.1b. We recommend using the steam launch options "-disableMods" and "-noWorkshop" until the mod creators have done the necessary, albeit very small, changes. More info on what needs to be done by our modders can be found here.
- Meanwhile we'll be doing our best to list the known incompatible popular mods below.

Easter is over, and so is the wait for the next patch for Cities: Skylines. As previously mentioned our core focus lies in solving the most common technical and accessibility issues some users are experiencing which should be clearly noticeable in this update.
You might recognize some of these patch notes from previous threads, the reason being that we patched previously and then retracted it due to unexpected technical issues.
Please note that if you run a heavily modded version of the game you might want to disable your mods and start a new city to ensure the vanilla game works properly - before you try running your modded city. We can not assume responsibility for the stability of your game when using mods but highly guarantee this practice (as well as regularly backing up your saves!)
If you're experiencing issues with this patch please inform us in this thread so that we can easily monitor the severity and frequency of your problem.

Okay, so last time didn't go so well - let's give it another try with a BETA patch available for voluntary testing.
Anyone can download this patch but we do not recommend doing so unless you're aiming to assist us in testing.
If you had issues loading a save game in 1.0.7b we could use your help figuring out if this is working properly for all users.
Please follow these steps prior to downloading and testing the update:
1. Find the following folder: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines
2. Make a copy of the "Save" folder in there and name it "SaveBackup"
3. Download and test the patch, all your saves are safely stored
(If a Mac and Linux user could tell me what the paths are for you I'd be stoked!)
To download a Steam beta, follow these steps:
1. Go into your steam library and right click Cities: Skylines
2. Select "Properties" and, in the pop-up window, click BETAS
3. Enter "chirpyfanclub" in the password box and press CHECK CODE (not enter!)
4. Select "closedbeta" in the scroll-down menu
5. The game should automatically update. If not please re-start steam or verify your cache.
1.0.7c - Patchnotes

Seems like our newest patch, 1.0.7b, unintentionally made it impossible to properly load a large amount of save-games.
We are reverting to the last patch, 1.0.6b, until we have identified and fixed this issue.
Many apologies for the confusion and chaos caused by this!
Thank you for your patience and understanding. I will update you with more info and hopefully an ETA come Monday.
For users that still want to access 1.0.7b it is currently available as a steam beta - no password needed, use at your own risk!

Our post-launch adventure continues as Colossal Order bravely trek down the gritty path of fixing bugs and solving issues. Today we are excited to bring you another (mainly) bug-fixing focused patch.
So here we are, thinking about what is best in life. Crushing the bugs, seeing them driven before us and - as a reward - hear the lamentations of their ever decreasing forces.
As I mentioned last week, if your specific issue has not been fixed it most likely means we're tracking and attempting to solve it.
We will share a more long-term road map on what's to come in a not too distant future. Expect an update regarding that, tunnels, wall-to-wall buildings, bugs we're tracking and more within a not-too-long-period-of-time (or as some of our colleagues in the industry would say, soon).
As we're rolling out the update via steam it might take up to two hours, or so, for it to go live everywhere. Please re-start your steam or verify the game cache if the game does not automatically download the patch.
You can see which version number you're running in the lower right corner of the main menu, if you're not sure that you've gotten it.

We wanted to share this changelog as it reverts the need for a fix that was posted by an aspiring modder.
Cities: Skylines version 1.0.5
- Fixed mods downloaded from workshop not registering
- Fixed color correction downloaded from workshop not loading properly
If builtin mods are showing 2 times:
Delete the folders UnlockAll, HardMode and UnlimitedMoney from the user folder:
On Windows C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods
On Mac /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Colossal Order/Cities_Skylines/Addons/Mods
On Linux /home/<username>/.local/share/Colossal Order/Cities_Skylines/Addons/Mods/
If you have a custom mod from the workshop (like the 25 tiles) you have manually copied to the local folder according to the interwebs guidance, remove it from that folder as well as it will appear twice if you are still subscribed to that mod on the workshop.
If you have deleted or moved the workshop files from the Steam folder instead of copying it (depending which source you got that from the interwebs):
close the Steam client, go to <Steam_folder>/steamapps/workshop and rename or delete appworkshop_255710.acf
then restart the client.
